I have used the same recipe as Kat aka The Baking explorer I just used every everything gluten free.
Kat's Blog is really helpful it has step by step pictures of how to do each recipe she posts.

Tips

Most supermarkets now stock their own brand in gluten free flour you can also gets Doves.
Next time I would use bigger muffin cases as mine over split over the edges a little bit.
